When you decide to opt for cloth diapers for your baby, you want to protect her health. A baby will spend about 2.5 years in diapers 24 hours a day, a great reason to pay attention to what is going to be in contact with their skin during that time.
The service operates in and around Brussels, depending on your location.
HOW IT WORKS ?
The Fish pack is a real time saver!
No more running to the store to buy diapers. You receive your washable diapers from the Hamac brand at home. Once your stock of diapers has been built up, you just have to use them as normal.
Bbeco takes care of the rest.

You change baby as usual
When changing, you may throw the stool in the toilet (thanks to a protective veil placed in the diaper)
You put the absorbent in the washing bag (provided in the pack) as well as the diaper if it is soiled. You put the washing bag in a closed bucket, while waiting for Bbeco to pick it up every 2 or 3 days (if necessary add a few drops of essential oil to the bottom of the bucket)
Bbeco pays particular attention to hygiene, using products that respect the environment and baby's skin. In addition, each laundry is individual and you always get the same layers.

WHAT IS IN MY FISH PACK?
Your pack contains diapers, absorbents and a wash bag. The number will vary depending on your child's weight and height.
The pickup of the soiled diapers and the delivery of the clean diapers is done every 3 days to your home (usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
The quantities indicated below are intended for 3 days of exchange.

12 diapers, 15 absorbents, 3 night absorbents, 1 washing net, 1 large delivery bag

10 diapers, 13 absorbents, 3 night absorbents, 1 washing net, 1 large delivery bag
Not enough diapers?
Add an additional layer (1 € / week), an additional absorbent (0.50 € / week) or a night absorbent of 4 layers (0.70 € / week) to your pack.

8 diapers, 12 absorbents, 2 night absorbents, 1 washing net, 1 large delivery bag
SIZE XL

Of course, this table is for reference only. The sizes also depend on the morphology of each (e).
When in doubt always go for the larger size.

HOW TO CHANGE SIZE
Your child is growing up, it's time to take it up a notch!
At any time during your subscription, you can request a downgrade via a simple email or via our shared calendar system. For example: "change in size".
We will then fix a delivery, you will have the larger diapers and we will take back the diapers that are too small.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT
Yes
We ask for a deposit of 250 € by bank transfer, to be paid before the home delivery of your pack.
HOW TO STOP MY FISH PACK
Very simple !
The minimum duration of the Fish pack is 4 weeks. After that, you can stop your pack at any time via a simple email or via our shared calendar system. We then come to collect the entire pack.
Once your package has been collected, your rental will be terminated and you will recover your deposit.
